TRGA Valley High Open Postponed

Three Rivers Golf Association players will have to wait a couple weeks for their season-opener.    The TRGA Valley High Open scheduled for Saturday, April 13 has been postponed due to another blast of winter weather.    The event has been re-scheduled for Saturday, April 27.

"With the significant snowfall and not very good forecast for the rest of the week, we think it's best to wait until the end of the month" said TRGA Executive Director Jim Socha.   "Even if the snow is gone by Saturday morning, we won't be able to get the golf course ready for tournament play."

"Hopefully we'll get sunshine and 70 degrees on April 27" said Socha.

Everyone who is registered for the Valley High Open will automatically remain in the field for the new date.   If you are unable to play on April 27, contact the TRGA and you can move your registration to another regular-season event.
