Round 1:  Forest Hills Golf

Round 2:  The La Crosse Country Club

Maximum Field Size:   90 Players

Cost: $110  Plus $20 per day for cart   ($40 per day for solo cart)

Payment must be RECEIVED by TRGA by deadline

Entry Deadline:  6 p.m. Wednesday, August 18
