How to Register for TRGA Cedar Creek 2-Person Best-Ball September 16

Location:   The Golf Club at Cedar Creek

Start Time:  1:00 pm Shotgun Start

Format:  2-Person Net Best-Ball   (80 percent of TRGA Index)

Eligibility:   Each player MUST have played AT Least 1 TRGA event in 2018

Entry Fee:  $50 per player / $100 per team  (Dinner included in entry)

Entry Deadline:  Thursday, September 13

To Enter:  Drop payment in TRGA Drop Box at Forest Hills.   Include names of both players on your team.

OR, Mail payment to TRGA, Box 505, Onalaska, WI  54650.  Include names of both players on your team

(Mailed entries MUST BE RECEIVED by TRGA BY Sept 13)
