How to Register for TRGA Cedar Creek 2-Person Best-Ball     September 17

Location:   The Golf Club at Cedar Creek

Start Time:  1:00 pm Shotgun Start     

Format:  2-Person Best-Ball   (80 percent of TRGA Index)

Eligibility:   Each player MUST have played AT Least 1 TRGA event in 2017

Entry Fee:  $50 per player/ $100 per team    (Lunch included in entry)

Entry Deadline:  Thursday, September 14

To Enter:  Drop payment in TRGA Drop Box at Forest Hills.   Include names of both players on your team  

                  OR, Mail payment to TRGA, Box 505, Onalaska, WI  54650.  Include names of both players on your team

                  (Mailed entries MUST BE RECEIVED BY TRGA BY Sept 14)
