HOW ARE THE FLIGHTS DETERMINED FROM WEEK TO WEEK?

Let's use Hiawatha as an example.  There are 79 total players this week.  Fifteen are playing in men's championship flight, no women are in the field, so that leaves 64 men's flighted players.  By dividing them into five equal flights, we get 12.8 players per flight (13 in four of the flights and 12 in one).

A numerical list by index is made of the entries.  The men's flighted division is listed below.  Starting with the lowest index, count down 13 players to make First Flight.  That repeats to determine each flight until we get to fourth and fifth flights.  There are two players with the same index of 19.1, so we leave 12 players in fourth flight, and the remaining 13 go into fifth flight.
